Replacing Your Water Filter

For side-by-side refrigerators with filter access in the base grille, follow these instructions for replacing your filter:

Push the eject button, then pull the filter cap. Do not twist cap.
Remove the filter cap by turning it counter clockwise. Set aside cap. Discard old filter.
Remove the packaging and O-ring covers from the new filter.
Align arrows on the cap and new filter. Turn clockwise to snap in place.
Push filter into the base grill until the eject button pops. Gently tug on cap to ensure it is snug.
Flush the water system until a total of 3 gallons (12 L) has been dispensed.

Today, thousands of people are turning to a Proform crosswalk treadmill to help them achieve their fitness goals. Proform is one of the most popular kinds of treadmills among consumers-but is it the best value for your money? Here is a review to help you decide.

The main strength of the Proform treadmills is their affordability. Quite simply, with a price range of 9 to 00, Proform offers a treadmill to match virtually anybody's budget.

Also, a Proform crosswalk treadmill tends to offer a lot of options such as built in TV's, CD players, and workout fans. These items are generally considered luxuries among treadmills. These are certainly nice when you are bored and want something to occupy your mind while working out.

However, despite their cheap price, other treadmill offerings are priced at similar levels and actually offer more bang for the buck. The Smooth treadmills, for instance, are priced very similarity to the Proform while offering a lifetime warranty compared to the Proform's 90 day.

The bottom line is, if you are on a budget, opt for a Smooth treadmill as opposed to the Proform. Smooths are generally more reliable and offer more bang for the buck than the Proform.

You may be able to get a few more gadgets with the Proform crosswalk treadmill, but if you want functionality, the Smooth is your best option. However, if you really have your heart set on a Proform, purchase it directly from the manufacturer and avoid the traditional store mark-up prices.
